This integration can create parcels in two ways: 1. Orders as a basis: the integration creates a parcel in Sendcloud for every order from Exact. A shipping label is also automatically created in Sendcloud for those orders. A goods delivery is then created in Exact Online from the new parcel in Sendcloud. Including track and trace. 2. Delivery as basis: the integration creates a parcel in Sendcloud for every delivery from Exact. A shipping label is automatically created in Sendcloud for that delivery. The track & trace information from Sendcloud is also linked to the correct delivery in Exact Online. Certain item information can also be sent to Sendcloud. Furthermore, documents such as shipping labels or customs forms can be added as PDF documents to the delivery in Exact.
